Help! Out of the blue, my Desktop manager and BB Torch cannot sync my Outlook calendar. I keep getting the same error, that a recurring event from 11/10/11 could not by synchronized, and that I have to remove it and try again. I have removed it from both my BB and my Outlook. I have deleted the backed up files. I have re-booted my phone. I have uninstalled Desktop manager and reinstalled it. I STILL get the message and cannot sync the calendar, the #1 thing I need to do! What next?

When you reinstalled the BlackBerry® Desktop Software, did you download the latest version? If not, its available from http://www.blackberry.com/desktop
What is the exact error message you are getting when synchronizing and what version of Microsoft® Outlook® are you currently using?
