Syncing my phone

I am getting an error message that says 

 

Cannot log onto Exchange Server.  Please check server access or provide a valid password.

 

The server has recently changed (not my doing) and I have altered it on both my laptop and my phone so where else do I need to change it?  I am able to send and recieve emails from both my phone and my laptop.

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

Given your reported message (e.g., "Exchange Server"), you need to talk to your BES admins as they control, well, everything.
