Syncing with iCal not working

I just got a new Macbook and I'm trying to sync my blackberry calendar with iCal.


I think I chose the wrong option when I first loaded the Desktop Manager program.  I should have chose "merge" and I chose the other option instead.  Now I can't get any calendar items from my BB to transfer to iCal.  If I create a new event on iCal it will transfer to the BB, but not the other way.


I can't figure out anyway to find that choice of merging or not...it's like I had one chance to choose and I screwed up.


I'm not sure if that's the answer to my problem...but I'll take any advice you can give to help me get all of my calendar info from my BB to iCal.

Hey heathncc,

Welcome to the BlackBerry Support Community Forums.


I would suggest you try the Forget Device option in BlackBerry Desktop Software.


Go into Device>Forget Device.  Close BlackBerry Desktop Software and re-open and try the synchronization.

Man Mad My 9360 will not sync with the BB desktop for BB?  The software keeps getting hung up?




What can the expert recommend to fix this?
