Syncing

After working for three years all of a sudden my phone will not sync with my PC.

AS well seems to have wiped most of my contacts on my phone.

Tried everything I can think of. Even took the Blackberry program off my pc and re installed.

Made no difference.

Please can someone help.

the device is 3 years old??
to be honest, i reckon you have done well to have it working for that long !!
you can try reloading the OS onto the device via BB desktop manager but it may be time to get a new phone ....

Sorry what I wrote was a little confusing, I have been syncing for 3 years this devise is only six months into its service life.

I'm assuming you can restore any lost data from backups so that is a good thing.  Did you get any error messages?  Sync won't start?  Sync hangs?  Details please.
