I am having trouble getting the Desktop Manager software to identify my Blackberry Bold on a regular basis. All indications are that there is a good USB connection but the indicator in the bottom left shows NONE.


The frustrating thing is that this problem is intermitant and sometimes it works well. The Desktop Manger software does seem somewhat fickle.


Any suggestions on how best to get a regular and relaible connection.
