System wiped out on bold 9700

Hi,

Can anyone advise what to do next.

Whist updating my bold 9700 from Os5 to Os6. The phone developed an error during reinstalling and now it does not work at all.

The devise manager does not recognize the phone and the BB pin is showing 0


I have tried reinstalling and uploading  Os5  to the phone but get stuck as there is no devise to select.

You'll have to get your phone to be recognized by BlackBerry Desktop Software.  If you're having issues doing that, have a look at this article:

Thanks for the link, tried it but to no avail.

The desktop manager just does not recognize the phone and says that its either not connected or no power to the smartphone.

even looked at the link below and no luck.

Appreciate the help though.
