I just bought my unlocked BB bold from Rogers. And I'm using T-Mobile.
It really gives me a lot of problem. But I managed to fix all of them.
However, my last problem is dealing with the IM.
The IM icon doesn't appear on my Bold. I tried to Download it from Blackberry website but got no luck.
Can anyone help me?Is it because of my carrier? because when I called the carrier, they said I should got no problem with the Instant Messaging.

I have a bold with tmobile and i downloaded from www.mobile.blackberry.com are you trying from this page?

just saw that you discussed the "No Internet running a BB 9000 under the T-Mobile carrier" issue. Got a Bold as Xmas present and have exactly the same problem: no E-Mails, no web. Cannot activate it, since in the E-Mail setup there is no option for personal accounts; only for the Enterprise server.
Have you solved your Internet issues with T-Mobile? If so - how - what to do?
