T Mobile Curve Activate

Can someone help me tell my sister how to activate her 8320 curve that she just purchased from t mobile. She said that she bought it and the lady said thank you and that was it.  I have tried to research it for her .  if you get a chance, Let me know and I will call her tonight.  I know on my Verizon Curve 8330 you go to email set up and follow directions, but it seems like there was something with blackberry themself that i did to activate it.

Re: T Mobile Curve Activate

She needs to call her carrier and have the BB Data Plan placed on her account.They will need the PIN and IMEI from the box sticker or the sticker beneath the battery. Get the number right.

 

Then she will get a "personal email setup" icon for setting up the email accounts.
