TECNICAL SERVICE PROBLEM TURKEY...

Your Helps will be more than appreciated ....

 

I bought a BB 9790 in Turkey.

Importer company is TELPA ...

I had a battery problem after 6 months. Battery was finishing in 2-3 hours after fully charged.

I send my mobile to service company called TELESERVICE in Istanbul Turkey under my warranty of BB.

Its been 1 month, I am calling service and importer everyother day.

They keep telling me that  they will replace my mobile with new one. But they are waiting a new replace Mobile from BB abroad...

This is more than sucks.

BB must force importers and services for customers happiness....

When I will recieve my mobile ?????

Its already been 1 month , how long more I will have to wait ????????

Who will pay for our loss of business ?????

As a user-to-user community, no one here can answer your question with any level of authority whatsoever. No one here works for any of the entities you need to deal with, so no one here can provide you with any answers. You need to escalate with the entities you are dealing with, escalating beyond whoever you first talk to and up to someone in management who can give you an answer.
