Re: Tether from Curve to Playbook

What info are you trying to tether?

What model Curve?

Do you have BlackBerry Bridge installed on your Curve?

Re: Tether from Curve to Playbook

Your model # of Curve can be found at the Options > About screen (or Options > Device > About, if on OS6 or 7).

Or, by typing 'myver' and pressing the space key in any text area, like an email... that will also give you your OS release installed.

So, yes you should install Bridge if you are wanting to use your PlayBook to view emails, messages, BBM, calendar on the PlayBook, if you do not have your mail and calendar set up otherwise, and you can also use this Bridge connection to use the Bridge browser for internet surfing.
