The G spot!

The G doesn't work on my keyboard, can this be fixed?

That is a very difficult question to answer, at an internet distance. Of course, with enough time and money, anything is possible. But, if that is the only problem you have, then it sounds like it would be a hardware problem, requiring in-hand evaluation by a qualified BB hardware technician. If you have warranty still, then I suggest you seek help via that. If not, then I suggest you find a local (to you) shop with a qualified BB technician.
