When I try to download an app a message tells me "Click the 'Begin Sync' button to start the download" but there is no Begin Sync button. I´ve changed the language but it still doesn´t appear. What can I do?

Does your computer detect the BlackBerry smartphone as connected? To verify, are you using a BlackBerry Curve 8310 smartphone? What version of BlackBerry Device Software do you have? You can find this in Options > About. See: http://blackberry.com/btsc/KB23393
