Please, I am need of assistance. The little square navigation button (or mouse) on my BB is not working. I can not navigate through the various icons. I am not able to scroll through my contact book, text messages, email notifications, etc. Does anyone have any information on how to correct this problem? I have the Curve 8520.

Sorry to hear you're experiencing an issue with your BlackBerry trackpad.
If you reboot by pulling the battery, does the trackpad respond? If you are able to highlight an icon, can you select it by pressing down on the trackpad?
If not, you will want to contact your point of sale to investigate as the issue could be hardware related.

I've rebooted several times. At times it will respond, but more often it doesn't. I've used the computer keyboard cleaner air spray. The button worked for a brief time after that. I guess I will need to have the button replaced or purchase a new phone.

I Have The Same Problem.
But Ontop Of That. I Was Given The Phone By A Friend As A Birthday Present And Dont Know where It Was Got From. They Have Since Moved Abroad And Havent Spoke To Them for AWhile. This Was Purchased Last December (2012) It Has Made My Phone Unusable. Where/How Can I Get This Repaired?
