Whenever I initiate a call from 9320, the receiver complains about getting ECHO of their voice. When they disconnect the call and call me instead, everything goes without any ECHO.
I tried restarting the phone (COLD BOOT) but nothing helped. I called the Vodafone Helpdesk (Service Provider) but they say it is handset issue and not service/network issue.
I also used the SIM in another phone it works perfect without ECHO.
Need a solution.....please help

To rule out any possible software issue, could you please try to first back up all your data using the BlackBerry® Desktop Software and then perform a clean reload of your BlackBerry® Device Software. For further steps, please see the following KB articles.

Could you also please test to make sure the issue has been resolved before restoring any data from your backup file?
