When attempting to send an email from the BlackBerry Storm smartphone, the "Send" option is unavailable.
There was no valid email address or contact entered or selected for the TO: CC: or BCC: recipient fields.
To resolve this issue, ensure a valid contact has been selected or email address is selected prior to attempting to send.
Pressing the 'Enter' key after typing an email address into the recipient field or select the contact from the Address Book will help ensure that information has been finished being added to these fields.
