Hello hwd16;

Welcome to the forums and thank you for your question.

Can you provide the following information?

  • What is the version of BlackBerry Enterprise Service you are using?
  • Did you use the SSL certificate that is created during the installation or a certificate from another provider?
  • What version of IOS are you using? (BlackBerry Enterprise Service 10 Compatibility Matrix)

Universal Device Service documentation.
