For some reason (*) I had recently to perform a full reset of my BB ("cleaning the terminal").
Since then, I do no longer receives the email from the 2 gmail accounts I have configured. I tried to suppress then reconfigure the accounts, without any success. The BB can actually connect to the gmail servers, because I can send emails with these accounts. But I do not receive anything. I still receive the email from my company (default) account (desktop).
(*) actually I had to reset it because the mail management got totally "crazy"...
Thanks for any help,

Hi and Welcome to the Community!!
I suggest the following steps, in order, even if they seem redundant to what you have already tried (steps 1 and 2 each should result in a message coming to your BB...please wait for that before proceeding to the next step):
1) Register HRT
2) Delete and Resend Service Books
3) Batt Pull Reboot
Hopefully that will get things going again for you! If not, then you should again try deleting and re-adding your BIS configuration for the affected email accounts. Otherwise, you should contact your mobile service provider for formal support.

I did everything you suggested. In particular, I deleted then resent the service books. Here is the situation now :
On the startup screen there is an "Gmail plugin" icon. When I click on it, I have the message : "Please configure a BBIS Gmail account..."
So I go to the mail setup utility (in the configuration folder)... and I see that there is indeed a configured Gmail account with my personnal gmail adress. I try to delete this account, to recreate it, etc, but without any success : the Gmail plugin still give me the message "Please configure a BBIS Gmail account..."

Hmmm...I've never used that plugin, I've either used my GMail account(s) via the "standard" email app -OR- I've used the actual GMail email app...but perhaps if you:
Then see what happens...I don't know if it will re-install the plugin or not.

actually I never installed the Gmail plugin. It came out on the desktop the first time I configured a gmail account in the standard mail app. So I guess it's there in the default setup, and activated only when needed. Moreover, it's not in the installed app list, so it can't be removed.
I could access gmail by using the google webmail interface, but as I have several gmail accounts, configuring them in the mail app is much more convenient (and it worked... before).

After having sent the service book for the 10th time (from time to time), it ended up working !
It tells me now to download the gmail plugin, but I already have it installed (though I never downloaded it !)...
Well, I won't try to understand... it works, this is the most important point.
