Themes

Had to get a replacement Curve 9360 of few months and I'm having a problem re-installing my themes and yes the themes are compatible b/c I used them on my previous 9360 Curve that broke somehow.

Sorry to hear you're experiencing an issue with your smartphone.

 

Does this replacement device have the same software version as the previous device? 

 

Are you getting an error when attempting to install the theme application? If so, can you please provide that error in full as it appears?

Yes, both have OS 7 (if that's what you're referring to) and the message that comes up says: "There was a problem installing theme w/compatible OS7 device please try again"

Are you connected to Wi-Fi or the mobile network?

Have you done a reboot by pulling the battery?

If you were to search for a new theme and download it, are you able to do so?

I'm connected to both wifi and mobile network, yes I have tried the reboot (battery) and yes Im able to download NEW themes
