I was informed 3 months ago that I was throttled. I called my provider and they said that BlackBerry is in charge of the throttling. My line is sometimes so slow I can barely open my twitter. The provider told me that my throttled period will end in a month time. Can you please solve this problem.

BlackBerry does not throttle internet download speeds.

Your carrier does.


There have been articles all over about this, especially in South Africa and other parts of Africa with VodafoneSA and MTN. CellC as well.
