Token has expired, please login. (Error Id: 50101) - Bold 9900

I'm not able to download any applications on my bold 9900.  Each time I try to do i get the error message Token has expired, please login. (Error Id: 50101) and don't even get the option to login.  Can someone please assist me with this problem.
