I received a Blackberry Curve 8330 from Sprint. The CD "Blackberry User Tools" is unreadable. I contacted Sprint and they sent me to the local Sprint store for a replacement. The clerk told me that he could not replace it that I would have to go to a "Sprint Corporate store". The closest one to me is more than 100 miles away. I asked Sprint.com to simply mail one to me. They informed me that they could not do that. How can I get this CD replaced?
