Topping up

I topped my bbm up yesterday the date being 8/3/13 and usually it takes 5 minutes top but it is still not working 2day so if anyone has a clue when it will be back I will be most greatfull by the way my blackberry is a 8520

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

All of your services, billing, etc. are handled by your mobile service provider (Vodafone, according to your profile here), so you need to ring them up to ask them about this situation.
