I recently bought a Torch 9800., but my provider is not supporting e-mail push service.
Currently I am downloading my emails with another device manually. Is that also possible with BB? Do I need additional Software?
At present I am not able to set up an e-mail account. My provider told me that this is not possible (no push support) and in a forum I read that this is related to some settings on my SIM.

I am probably having similar problems. My emails were "pushed" and thus viewed ok whilst with o2 but not now I have transferred to TalkTalk, who seem useless at resolving this after long telephone convesations. I have tried sending emails on my handset mobile Torch 9810 from both my hotmail and wanadoo (orange) accounts, but they failed "User account is in suspended mode". Emails are being sent and received in Outlook etc. okay. Suggestions from forum expert would be appreciated. Thank you.

Very many thanks and now sorted.
I registered my Blackberry again thus new TalkTalk provider presumably and then added both email accounts again and now functioning as before.
As my number was transferred using a PAC code I guess this also resulted in o2 releasing my BB Code from their BIS.
