Torch 9800 Won't sync Outlook Calendar

Hello!

 

As the subject says, I can't sync between devices. It was fine last week, now I'm getting the message 'A program error occurred at the line 131 in .\error.cpp'.

 

Can anyone help as this is making my working day particularly difficult.

Thanks, but I've seen this already and I haven't got any reoccurring appointments??

 

I've even tried deleting all appointments from my phone and then trying the sync, but it still failed?!?

 

This is all taking a lot of time! Time I don't really have!

Have you tried downloading the latest BlackBerry Desktop Software from the website? You can uninstall and reinstall the Desktop Software that you have on your computer.  Just be patient as systems and devices can be unpredictable.

 

If all else fails, you can contact your carrier/service provider for other troubleshooting steps as they have a BlackBerry-trained technical support team that can help you with this kind of issue.

Reinstalling software sorted the problem!
