I cannot get Desktop Software versuon 7.1 to recognise my Torch 9800.
I am running Windows 7 on my PC.
I get an error message inviting me to retry, cancel or check for updates to the device sioftware, A check for updates shows I am running the most up to date version,
I want to back p my device, but obviously if I cannot connect, I can't get started.
Any ideas, please?
