I've never seen that message before, so I can only advise on what I know. First, resend the service books to your phone using this article:
Next, do a battery pull. With your phone powered on, remove your battery then replace it.

I had no luck. Do you know if BlackBerry has a support hot line where you can actually talk to somebody from the company?
Thanks for the suggestion, my email finally works correctly. Now if I could just send a text message life would be good!
