hey guys wanted to know if anyone can help me out i just got my phone like 5 days ago i love it but it always freezes.
now its just gettign anoying i would have to remove my battery to make it functional again. please can anyone help with this thank you

Has your device been doing this ever since you got it? Have you recently made any changes on your device?
If your device has always been experiencing this issue since you got it, I would contact Rogers Customer Service and have is DOA RMA completed and get a new device because the device may be defective.
If it has been since a program was installed, try uninstalling the program and see if that clear up the situation. If not, a os reload could help or contact customer care for a DOA swap.
Since it's only 5 days old, I would more lean toward a DOA swap as it is still a new device and within it's 30 day DOA period.
