I am using torch 9810. Have already got a blackberry ID and can use it on my laptop. However when setting up emails or using any apps the password cannot be used to login. It gives the message " Unable to login tp your BlackBerry ID account". Have also changed the password and tried but does not work on the phone

Hi and welcome to the forums!
Try re-registering your device with out Wi-fi enabled, this will verify your mobile data connection can access the Blackberry infrastructure correctly. I suggest a hard reset (battery pull) before you start.

I'm gonna try that new cut and paste thing I read about in Windows '95 I've got to get around to upgrading my PC.
