Torch 9810 screen issues

Hi Guys

Just a question, my torch 9810 works fine when closed, however recently since sliding up, the screen distorts with lines when scrolling around with either the touchscreen or trackpad.

Any ideas what's wrong? Loose screen cable perhaps?

The funny thing is when closed, the trackpad and touchscreen work fine.

Thanks

Andy

Re: Torch 9810 screen issues

Hello

Truthfully I'm not very clued up on the 9810, but maybe flex cable is loose.

Also I recommend and official oem blackberry pouch, because other 3rd party with magnets in the pouch can some cause screen glitches. Especially after removing from the pouch to answer a call. However the official ones with the magnet are safe.
