I purchased a Torch 9860 at the end of November last year. Very happy with the device and the functions - until last week. I went to check my messages and half the screen is white.
I returned to the official retail outlet where I bought it and showed the receipt and warranty. The shop would not honour the warranty and said it must have been dropped or been sat on - which it most certainly hasn't. After living with the Storm 1 for two years I was wondering if this is a typical issue with the 9860?
I don't want to pay expensive repair costs if this is a white elephant.
