Torch Touchscreen issues

I am having major problems getting my touchscreen to work properly.  First I can scroll side to side between the menu screens easily and then if I click on an icon it clicks on 2 icons away! I am on OS  Any help would be great!!

Re: Torch Touchscreen issues

I am having the same issue. I bought it in a Vodafone store in Dublin. The phone was sent for repair twice. The technical support team sent the phone back saying "No fault found". So, I'm stuck with my faulty phone. They don't replace it.

Please show me a way where I can claim my warranty and get my phone replaced.

Thank you,
