i have got 9860 for more than a year now. my phone does not boot. its the third time i gave my phone to blackberry srvice center. still the problem is not solved. i am still in warrenty period. i request them to replace my handset still there is no answer. what should i do.

You must escalate your request via the Management of the Service Center.
