Torch games

I like the torch bought it the day is was released, my biggest problem is it is limited on software and space.  The torch has a wasted 4gb of built-in memory but can't access it or install anything on it.

or am I missing something where u can?

Re: Torch games

The application storage on the device is 512MB. A portion of which is used up by the OS. The 4GB of eMMc storage you are referring to is used for media ie: Pics, videos.

Since games fall under the applications category, they do not currently have access to the 4GB of space available. So, no you're not missing anything. You can't install apps to it, however you can sync other media to that 4GB of space.

A test of this would be to remove your media card (or adjust the settings) so that any pics you take are stored on the device memory rather then your SDCard. You'll then be able to see the amnt of available space go down.

Is it wasted space? Sure, if you're not making use of it in other ways.
