Torch locks up everytime on Social Feeds

Everytime I touch "Social Feeds" App.  my torch locks up? Have to remove battery and restart.

 

Anybody have a fix for this?

You could try to do a clean reload of the software that is described in this article below:

Make sure you test social feeds before restoring your data.

I have the same problem as 3547fl. I had deleted Social Feeds from my device and now I want to reload it. I dont see it in my Application Loader. I tried performing a clean reload as suggested by you but in my Desktop Manager 6.0.1.18, "Check for Updates" box does not give me "View other versions" options.

 

I also did a factory reset but the Social Feeds program did not reappear.

 

How should I proceed further? Thanks.

You will need to download and install the device software to your computer. Then go through the application load process and then select Social Feeds to be installed. To download you device software go to the following link: http://us.blackberry.com/support/downloads/download_sites.jsp
