You could try to do a clean reload of the software that is described in this article below:
How to perform a clean reload of the BlackBerry Device Software using BlackBerry Desktop Manager for Window - KB11320
Make sure you test social feeds before restoring your data.
Hope this helps.

I have the same problem as 3547fl. I had deleted Social Feeds from my device and now I want to reload it. I dont see it in my Application Loader. I tried performing a clean reload as suggested by you but in my Desktop Manager 22.214.171.124, "Check for Updates" box does not give me "View other versions" options.
I also did a factory reset but the Social Feeds program did not reappear.
How should I proceed further? Thanks.
