I picked up my phone three days ago to find it had turned itself off, it had only been in my bag and then next to me on the floor. I turned it on to find that it turned on in safe mode. I took out the battery to reboot it in normal mode, and from then on none of the keypad buttons work. It is also still in safe mode.
The touchscreen does work, but nothing else. I have taken out the battery multiple times to try and fix it but it doesn't work.
