To resolve the issue with the BlackBerry® Torch™ smartphones powering off, please back up the data using the BlackBerry® Desktop Software and do a clean reload of the BlackBerry® Device Software. For further instructions, please see the following KB articles.

Please test to make sure the powering off issue has been resolved before restoring any data from the backup files.
