Total Fitness & Aces Solitare

Hi

I really hope you can help me.

I downloaded the full version of total fitness and when prompted inserted the registration key.  It is now asking me for it again and I can't find it.  I have the email confiming that I bought the full version but it does not mention the reg key anywhere on it.

Also, following the latest upgrade my Aces solitare has stopped working.  It says "Error starting acessolitareMain: Class 'GameScreen.<private>'ref member out of range.  How can this app be returned to full health?

Details you require:

Vodaphone

Storm9500

V4. 7.0 173

App World 1.1.0.15

BIS

Thanks

Kath

Re: Total Fitness & Aces Solitare

Hi there!

To retrieve your registration key, see this KB:

Concerining the Aces issue, try this:

  • Anytime random strange behaviors creep in, the first thing to do is a battery pop reboot. With power ON, remove the back cover and pull out the battery. Wait about a minute then replace the battery and cover. Power up and wait patiently through the long reboot -- ~5 minutes. See if things have returned to good operation. Like all computing devices, BB's suffer from memory leaks and such...with a hard reboot being the best cure.

And if that does not work you might need to contact the developer to ensure that their app is certified for your BB and OS level.

Cheers!
