TK-1 - I have to say I'm with you....
I've upgraded the software to the latest version and, as you say, the problems persist. O2 (my SP) are no help and just want me to send the phone back again!
It seems to me that if you are in a less than perfect 3G signal area, the Storm 2 will not function correctly. It hates GSM or GPRS and locks up all the time. Not too good for me as I get all my business e-mail via this phone.... If I call Voicemail 901, I can't use the keypad or nor can I end the call without powering down the unit. IVR services are a complete no-no so I'm really at my wits end.
That Nokia N97 is looking more inviting daily!
