Touch screen issue

My touch screen feature on my phone quits working.  How can I resolved this issue?

Have you tried a battery pull restart yet ? If not then first step do it by removing the battery while your device is Powered On , wait for atleast a min. then reinsert it back after reboot please check if it works.

 

If it fails then can you confirm if you recently installed any application before this issue appeared , If it is then Uninstall that particular application , it might help :

I have tried removing the battery and no new application is installed but it is still not working.

Then you should try an OS reload to rule out any software issue , refer to this Knowledge Base for help :

 

KB03621 : How to Reload BlackBerry Device Software and application using BlackBerry Desktop Software

 

Try that it might help unless its an hardware issue.
