Track Pad Problems

I have owned a blackberry curve 9300 since last november,and track pad began to stop working and  in February or so, I had to send my blackberry back to RIM in order for my track pad to get repaired.  I am now having the same issue again where the track pad simply won't work, I can't scroll or click on anything.  I have downgraded software, removed the battery, turned it off etc. and nothing has worked. 

 

This is getting very frustrating as I never drop my phone and take good care of it.  

 

Is there anything else I can do to try and make my trackpad work again?

Please Update or Reload your Device software it may help.Have a look at this Knowledge Base :

 

KB29640 : Trackpad ,trackball, or keyboard not working on a BlackBerry Smartphone

 

Try it and let us know.
