Track pad not working

Hi All,

I have Curve 9630, I got problem with my track pad its totally stop can you please help me how can I resolve my problem as soon as possible with thanks.

It's 35 minutes after you posted this....I hope that's soon enough.

 

Remove your battery while your phone is powered on then replace it.

Thx for ur reply I sort out this problem by my self I thought this problem is coming with the software confliction I uninstall some software like Whts-up, Viber then my track pad is working may be I faced this problem by softwares or I connect my phone with WIFI but still I'm not sure wht happen with my 9360 Curve but I say thanks again

This worked for me (with a little of the running of a fine needle around the track pad). Thanks so much...hoping this phone will run until my upgrade in September!
