My track pad is not work at all . I have tried restarting my phone even wiping it and it still is not working . I can't use my phone because application permission is coming up and I cannot click allow what I do please help.....

As you already tried a reset and well as device wipe , I think you should Contact your Service provider to get you device Trackpad replaced which might fix your issue .
