Trackball 9800 Torch

Somebody can help me? My trackball was working perfect but after a week here in US now it doesn't work at all!.

I believe is a software situation, and I delete them all but still not work!.

Does the magnet generate some problems?, I never had a problem until I use a new case from Blackberry store at the airport! And with its saving energy function... I believe this is the issue but finally software or some thing.

When I went to Mexico it worked very well but when I come back to US no function!.
