Trackpad Freezing

hi, i purchased a Curve 9300 in Aug 2011 Upgraded the OS to 6.0 The trackpad stopped responding after a little over a month Trackpad used to work if i did a format & restore using the BB desktop suite or holding ALT + aA + Del together The handset was submitted for repairs in Oct 2011 for the same and was repaired In Dec the same issue re-occurred and the handset is back for repairs with Blackberry Can you please assist with the reason for this issue. Handset is under warranty Network Operator: Vodafone Mumbai -India Thanks, Bibin Sam

i have submitted the handset for repairs twice to Blackberry since the handset was not a part of my operator deal.

Any solutions or is it a known fault with the handset?
