Recently my trackpad stopped working on my Blackberry Curve 9300 and I called my provider for details on how to fix it and he said the first step to take was to update my device, however I updated my device via my computer and when I rebooted my Blackberry after the update, there was a message that popped up for me to agree to not misuse any of RIM's software. However I can not scroll down to accept this which makes my phone unusable as I am stuck on this screen. Could anyone help please?

This is a hardware problem. I wish the provider didn't make you go through that for no reason. Can you take it to them and explain what you just said here?
