Hi my son has a blackberry curve 9300 3g. the trackpad stoped working completely. so I went and got a new trackpad replaced it. but now the trackpad is still not working. any advice please. thanks a mil

hi try this one

a) Please perform Hard Reset

 
Hard Reset
1. Remove the battery cover & the battery (please refer to
the user manual if required)
2. Remove the SIM
3. Replace the battery
4. Press the power button and allow the handset to fully
turn on
5. Remove the battery and replace the SIM
6. Replace the battery and battery cover
7. Press the power button and allow the handset to fully
turn on
8. The Hard Reset procedure is now complete
 
 
b) Please perform Master Reset

How to Master Reset (Wipe) a Blackberry
WARNING: This will remove all personal data from the
device.
If the customer wishes to Back-up their personal information
before the wipe, please follow the instructions on Page 2 first
How to do it:
1. Press Menu and select Maximise Panel
2. From the device go to Options
3. Select Security
4. Select Security Wipe
5. Please ensure that ‘Media Card’ is Not
selected.
6. Enter “blackberry” to confirm.

I have a solution press snooze plug in your charger and let the watch show up then press r then o it will lead to off which will turn off the alarm and press enter and your alarm is off
