Transferr data from Palm Tungsten T to Blackberry Bold

When I try to use the switch feature in the Blackberry Desktop Manager to copy from the Plam Tungsten to the Blackberry with both units connected the selections are grayed out.  What am I doing wrong?

Thanks for any assistance.

Also--  Make certain your USB cable is connected to one of the PC's main rear USB ports. Not a USB hub, nor a monitor USB port, nor a USB port on the front of the PC.

Re: Transferr data from Palm Tungsten T to Blackberry Bold

Thanks to all for the prompt replies and assistance.  What I found out is the Blackberry Desktop will not work with any Plam Desktop after 6.0.1.  I was running Palm Desktop 6.2.  I uninstall 6.2 and installed 4.14e, which the Balckberry Desktop then recognized and was able to sync to.

Thanks again for the assist.
