I have never had any problems updating my Outlook Calendar till just recently. Now none of my data that I enter into my phone calendar will transfer to Office Outlook on my computer. I have installed and reinstalled Outlook on my desktop in case the problem lay with the program on the desktop but this has not helped. Coincidently, my wife is having the same problem transferring calendar data to her laptop from her Bold 9900. Can anyone help?

Hi and thanks for responding. Been doing it the same way I have for the past several years....connect the phone to the computer with a USB cable and the BlackBerry desktop software automatically opens and syncs information to the computer. Nothing has changed except that information is not uploading to Outlook suddenly. I have reinstalled Outlook and Blackberry desktop software but still not working.

It starts with a process for cleanly starting over, and there is some discussion, and there is also a post (15) with links to older Desktop Software versions, if those are needed. Note that this is not, by any means, guaranteed to work...but it has worked for many to resolve issues they are having.
