Transferring photos without a media card

How am i supposed to transfer my pictures from my phone to the pc if i don't have a media card? The media sync is telling me "you need to turn on mass storage mode from the connected blackberry", but how do i do it if i don't have a media card?

Any help is appreciated so I can transfer my photos to my pc.

Very frustrated user.

Re: Transferring photos without a media card

Hi and Welcome to the Community!

Please refer to this KB:

  • KB29523 How to manually transfer files between a BlackBerry smartphone and a Windows computer

It's not necessary to use the media sync as you can, via Mass Storage Mode, treat your BB as just another USB drive (or drives) on your computer.

Good luck!
