Transferring pics fron curve 9360 to computer get "no more pics" message but still more pics on phone?

Well, partially figured out: our 17 year-old granddaughter turned off the media card which allowed us to take pictures but they still won't download to the computer. I guess all the pictures now on the camera are on the device itself, so we have to figure out how to download.

Any advice would be appreciated. Sorry for the delay in responding but we've been away.

Was trying to transfer via USB cord which has worked since we had phone

Thank you. When you say "via USB cord", do you mean using the BB Desktop Software? Or do you mean via USB Mass Storage Mode (where your BB appears just like any other USB drive on your computer)?

In either case, what exactly happens when you make the attempt?
